DENNIS BECCARI
Dennis Beccari is the founder and name partner of the firm Beccari Podeschi – Law Firm, established in 2009 and with offices in San Marino and Switzerland.
He is a qualified lawyer and notary with over 10 years experience in providing a whole range of legal advice to national and international clients.
Dennis has gained a significant expertise in the aviation sector, dealing on a regular basis with transactional, corporate, regulatory, tax and dispute resolution work for major players of the industry (among the others, banks, lessors, airlines, operators, high net worth individuals). In particular he focuses his practice on structuring and finalizing aircraft financing transactions, sale and purchase deals, creating security interests, registrations with the civil aviation authority, filings at the International Registry under the Cape Town Convention, assistance for the set-up of air operator certificates (AOC), advice on operational and management issues, enforcement of rights, import/export formalities and local taxes.
He also delivers a wide and complete variety of notarial services, acting as public officer and legal expert for his clients in relation to the incorporation of businesses, corporate matters, transfers of title, implementation of trust structures, escrow services, disposition of properties, authentication and certification of documents, succession and estate issues.
Dennis is a contributor of several international publications on air transport and business aviation, as well as a regular attendee of sector conferences worldwide.
FRANCESCA PODESCHI
Francesca Podeschi is a name partner of the firm Beccari Podeschi – Law Firm.
Francesca is a qualified lawyer and notary with over 10 years-experience in providing a whole range of legal advice to national and international clients, guiding them through complex domestic, cross-border, multidisciplinary and multijurisdictional matters.
Francesca advises clients on non-contentious and transactional matters, with a main focus on the transport sector (including aviation, shipping and maritime).
She also gained a broad expertise as a litigator on civil, commercial, and administrative law, assisting clients in a wide variety of contentious proceedings on complex matters across various industries, both before ordinary courts and other alternative dispute resolution entities (including arbitral tribunals).
Francesca contributes to sector publications and she regularly attends conferences on national and international laws.
